We Are Just Going to Stay in Power
Trump's former attorney testified under oath that Trump intended to stay in the White House even after the Supreme Court rejected Trump's election challenges.
Jenna Ellis was one of Trump's top coup attorneys who agreed to testify against her former boss. In leaked video testimony, Ellis relates how Dan Scavino, Trump's former White House Deputy Chief of Staff, boasted that Trump had no intention of leaving power—even after exhausting all legal challenges. According to Ellis's sworn testimony, Scavino told her at a White House holiday party that, "The boss is not going to leave under any circumstances. We are just going to stay in power."
