Completely Without Merit
Courts are rejecting Trump and his co-conspirators efforts to use unsound legal theories and delay tactics to prevent legal accountability.
Trump's coup attorney Kenneth Chesebro was blocked from having his case severed from co-defendant in the Georgia racketeering criminal case. Then, Trump lost a summary judgment when the Judge ruled that Trump is liable for continuing to deny that he sexually assaulted E. Jean Caroll. And, a third judge rejected Trump's efforts to delay the October 2nd business fraud trial saying Trump's arguments are "completely without merit."
