The House select committee investigating the 2021 US Capitol insurrection has obtained yet another proposal that planned to upend the 2020 election results by throwing the certification of the election into the hands of the Senate pro tempore at the time, Republican Chuck Grassley. This plan was created in December 2020 and sent via email to Rudy Giuliani.
