Trump inspired conspiracy theories is a quickly growing movement in the Republican Party base. 28% of Republicans believe that “There is a storm coming soon that will sweep away the elites in power and restore the rightful leaders,” and “Because things have gotten so far off track, true American patriots may have to resort to violence in order to save our country,” Rep. Matt Gaetz told a cheering crowd at the “America First” tour with Marjorie Taylor Greene, “The Second Amendment is about maintaining, within the citizenry, the ability to maintain an armed rebellion against the government if that becomes necessary,”
