There are some things money can't buy, but not having to issue a public apology for lying about the 2020 election will cost Fox News $787.5 million.
In an 11th hour settlement with Dominion Voting Systems, Fox News agreed to pay $787.5 million in damages to avoid the humiliation of having their election lies exposed in a public trial. Fox avoided a public apology this time, but still faces a $2.7 billion defamation lawsuit from Smartmatic that has vowed to expose the "misconduct and damage caused by Fox’s disinformation campaign."
