Unprecedented and Extreme
Trump appointed Judge the legal community by dismissing Trump's classified document case.
Most legal experts considered Trump's classified documents case to be a slam dunk. The former president was caught hiding boxes of presidential records, including some of our nation's most sensitive secrets. That was before Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon was assigned the case. Now after a year of unusual delays and clear partisan bias, Judge Cannon dismissed the entire case in what Harvard Law School constitutional professor Laurence Tribe called, "unprecedented and extreme."
